Atty. Mehlika Osmanoğlu
Atty. Mehlika Osmanoğlu specializes in national and international construction law and commercial arbitration. She provides consultancy and representation services to her clients before Turkish courts, dispute boards, and arbitration tribunals; she possesses extensive experience particularly in large-scale projects, contract management, and dispute resolution. She holds an LL.M. in Economy Law from Istanbul Bilgi University and an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London. Registered with the Istanbul Bar Association, she is also a mediator and holds “Qualified Foreign Lawyer” status in England.
